The National working group in Sweden held its first meeting in Stockholm on April 16th. The working group consists of representatives for Ministry of Culture, National Archives, National Library, Swedish National Heritage Board, Swedish NREN - SUNET (Swedish University Computer Network) and Swedish Research Council.
The main topics were the presentation of the DC-net project, the ongoing work and the role of the national working group.
Discussions about the digital infrastructure for the cultural sector in Sweden resulted in a decision to send a questionnaire to the cultural institutions in order to get update about the current situation.
